As a stay-at-home mom and a nurse with years of experience in healthcare, my journey toward holistic living began with a moment of realization: I became increasingly aware of the chemicals and additives present in the products I was using on my daughter's skin. This awareness prompted me to dive deep into research, exploring the impact of these substances on health and well-being. After years of working in high-pressure environments, including the COVID unit, I decided to step away from nursing to focus on living a cleaner, more holistic life.

Now, I approach everything in my life—from the cookware in my kitchen, ingredients in skincare, or even the dyes and ingredients in our food and drinks—with a newfound mindset. I prioritize natural and sustainable choices, only seeking medical intervention when absolutely necessary. This shift in perspective inspired me to launch my holistic business, where I share a variety of products designed to promote health and well-being.
